End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement is a binding legal agreement between you and Appotheosis, a company incorporated in California,USA with its principal place of business at 25675 Potrero Park DR. Potrero, CA 91963.

This Agreement governs your use of the House Money application (the "Application").

BY INSTALLING, ACCESSING, OR USING THE APPLICATION, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT INSTALL, ACCESS, OR USE THE APPLICATION.

2. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Application.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Application.
• Distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Application to any third party.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the Application.
• Use the Application for any unlawful purpose or in any manner inconsistent with this Agreement.

3. Intellectual Property

You acknowledge and agree that the Application, including all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights associated therewith, are and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Licensor.

4. Termination

This Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this Agreement. Licensor may also terminate this Agreement at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the Application.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED TO YOU "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LICENSOR EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MAKE CHANGES TO THE EULA. IF A REVISION IS MATERIAL, WE WILL TRY TO PROVIDE AT LEAST A 30 DAY NOTICE PRIOR TO ANY NEW TERMS TAKING EFFECT. BY CONTINUING TO ACCESS OR USE THE APPLICATION AFTER THOSE REVISIONS BECOME EFFECTIVE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE REVISED TERMS.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INFORMATION, FOR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, FOR PERSONAL INJURY, FOR LOSS OF PRIVACY ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION), EVEN IF LICENSOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Licensor regarding the use of the Application.

9. Other Applicable Policies

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and, for the House Money application, our Terms of Service, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.
